Complete the form below for the chance to win an exciting top prize — a Nintendo Switch 2, plus runner‑up prizes including a Polaroid Camera and a Koko Black 500g chocolate bunny.
It’s time to get creative, grab your favourite colours and bring our Easter colouring‑in sheet to life. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on collecting your colouring pack from our office. Simply colour, return your masterpiece to the office, and you could be hopping away with an amazing prize.

Easter Colouring Competition – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The competition is run by Real Estate Services by Mirvac (the “Promoter”). ABN 58 167 258 184 of 12 Ebsworth Street, Zetland, NSW, 2017. - Eligibility
The competition is open to children of all ages. Entry is open to everyone and is not limited to Mirvac residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. - Entries submitted on behalf of a child are deemed to be submitted by the child’s parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms & Conditions on the child’s behalf.
- How to Enter
Entry packs can be collected from the Promoter’s offices listed below during opening hours. Entry packs may also be delivered to letterboxes within the Harold Park development.
To enter, participants must:
– scan the QR code provided on the promotional material or entry pack and complete the online entry form to register the entry; and
– complete the Easter colouring‑in sheet in accordance with the instructions provided; and
return the completed artwork in accordance with the instructions provided.
Entries will not be valid unless the online entry form is completed.

One (1) entry per child is permitted. - Competition Period
Entries open on Thursday 5th March 2026 and close on Wednesday 1st April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. - Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on Thursday 2nd April 2026 at the Promoter’s office located at 93 Ross Street, Forest Lodge NSW 2037 from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a prize isn’t claimed within 30 days of 2nd April 2026, it may be forfeited and another draw will take place to determine a new winner. - Prize Description
Prizes are awarded per participating office location, which in the case is Harold Park. The first prize is one (1) Nintendo Switch 2, and runner up second prize Polaroid camera, third prize Koko Black 500g Bunny. The prize/s are per office location. The prize/s are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash. - Notification of Winner
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided. - Use of Entries
By entering, consent is provided by the child’s parent or legal guardian to the Promoter using submitted artwork (first name and age only) for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media and community communications. - Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Where a parent or legal guardian chooses to opt in to receive communications, their contact details may also be used for marketing communications in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded by law. - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
