While we always aim to be responsive to your needs, if you have already formally raised your issue and still believe that we have failed to deliver on the timeliness and quality of our promise, we provide you with an avenue of formal appeal via our Customer Dispute Resolution Committee.

Please contact our Customer Dispute Resolution Committee by completing this form. We will acknowledge your issue formally within 24 hours (during operating hours) by phone. We will then liaise with you as required to work through your concerns.
